Commercial Lines Manager - Independent Retail Insurance Sandy, UT | Full-Time ALKEME Insurance is a fast-growing independent retail insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Manager to lead strategy, carrier relationships, and team performance in our Sandy, UT office. This role is ideal for a Senior Commercial Account Manager or Commercial Lines leader ready to step into a broader P&C leadership role with regional impact. What You'll Do Lead and manage carrier and broker relationships across commercial P&C Guide renewal strategy, placement decisions, and portfolio performance Drive operational best practices and scalable servicing workflows Mentor and support Commercial Account Managers ; serve as escalation point Partner with senior leadership on growth, retention, and market strategy What We're Looking For Experience in commercial lines insurance within an independent agency Strong knowledge of P&C underwriting, renewals, and carrier negotiations Leadership or team-influence experience Strategic, analytical, and client-focused mindset Active Property & Casualty license required Why
