This candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and other mechanical equipment. Additionally, they'll be troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Preferably 3-4 years of Commercial Mechanical maintenance experience (at least 2 years required) Great customer service skills Plusses Any mechanical certifications Hospital experience
Pay:
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
