Plumbing License is required to apply for position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in various environments, including construction sites. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in a Commercial or Residential setting Work as a team with other employees or contractors Work independently Read and interpret blueprints Communicate with customers Make material list for projects Maintain Company vehicle clean and organized daily / weekly Maintain Company tools for serviceability Ability to learn and create invoices for work performed. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Skills Proficient in plumbing Code, techniques and practices. Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with power tools used in plumbing work. Knowledge of remodeling processes related to plumbing installations. Ability to work on construction sites safely and efficiently. Capable of performing heavy lifting as part of job duties. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
