A clear path to Lead Plumber, Plumbing Supervisor, or Project Manager roles Ongoing training and certification reimbursement (OSHA, etc.) Promotion from within many of our current leaders began their careers in the field Commercial Plumber Technician Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems with expert precision Install, maintain, and upgrade plumbing components in compliance with local and national codes Respond promptly to service calls, provide accurate quotes, and deliver effective, longterm solutions Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability, performance, and safety Utilize company apps and client software for realtime reporting, inventory management, and job tracking Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams; maintain company vehicle and tools in good working condition Uphold all safety standards and be available for oncall or afterhours work (compensated at premium rates) Commercial Plumbing Technician Qualifications 35+ years of commercial plumbing service experience Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skills Expert troubleshooting skills and solid understanding of code compliance Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient with mobile technology and able to learn clientspecific software and job management systems Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments Preferred Plumbing certifications (Journeyman, Master, or equivalent) Experience with quoting service and client communication Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS/BAS) Backflow certification (a plus if working on crosstrade projects Why Join F5?
