Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Commercial Plumbing Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering top-tier plumbing solutions for commercial clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems on various construction sites and commercial properties. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, and pumps using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Work with service coordinator to maximize route efficiency. Testing of backflow prevention devicies Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, schematics updates, and project logs. Replace water heaters, sinks, drains, water softeners and other plumbing equipment and devices Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites by utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and following OSHA standards. Drain cleaning is minimal and primary subcontracted Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as HVAC or general construction site work. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and schematics. Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and potentially working in confined spaces. Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by our carrier
Pay:
$52.38 per hour
