We support individuals with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory differences, OCD, etc. If you've worked as a caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, child care provider, or in a similar role, this is a chance to use your skills in a way that truly impacts families. Our caregivers build meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment . Part-Time Position Available Mondays 3pm-9pm ongoing Opportunities to pick up a variety of additional shift (Overnights, Evenings and days). Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) Helping with mobility, ambulation, and transfers Supporting daily living activities and independence Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping Providing companionship and emotional support Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes Following individualized care plans Qualifications 1+ year caregiving experience High school diploma or GED Current CPR certification Negative TB test or chest X-ray Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to assist with mobility and lift, bend squat up to 50 pounds Preferred Experience We encourage applicants with experience as: Caregiver CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Home Health Aide Personal Care Assistant At BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley and Hudson , we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live safely and independently at home.
