Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Overview Tiveron Law, PLLC, a full-service law firm recognized among the Best of 716 Law Firms™ and Top Workplaces™, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in New York State and have substantial experience handling commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, development agreements, and financing documents. Experience with land use, zoning, permitting, and tax challenges is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts and transactional documents. Advise clients on acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and financing matters. Assist with land use, zoning, permitting, and regulatory matters. Represent clients in tax certiorari and related property tax matters, when applicable. Collaborate with other practice areas to support client business objectives. Requirements Licensed to practice law in New York. 3+ years of commercial real estate experience preferred. Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills. Knowledge of zoning, land use, and tax challenge matters is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic background and a dedicated work ethic. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
