Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC/R systems, providing technical guidance and support. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues. Develop and maintain PM procedures, checklists, and work instructions. Document all work in the maintenance management system. Support system monitoring, predictive maintenance, and spare parts inventory management. Lead projects and coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors as needed. Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications 10+ years of HVAC/R experience EPA Section 608 certification required High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) Refrigeration license required Experience in regulated or GMP environments preferred

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
