Position Overview Summit Roofing & Restoration Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial & Residential Roofing Repair Technicians to join our growing team. This position requires a knowledgeable, self-sufficient roofing professional who can independently diagnose roofing problems, identify the root cause of issues, and complete repairs correctly without supervision. This is not an entry-level roofing position. We are looking for technicians who understand roofing systems thoroughly and can be trusted to complete repairs without someone hovering over them or checking behind them afterward. Technicians will work on both residential and commercial roofing systems, including:

• Shingles
• Metal Roofing
• TPO
• Modified Bitumen (Mod Bit)
• Cap Sheet Roofing Systems The ideal candidate understands how to troubleshoot leaks, identify failures, communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers, and provide long-term roofing solutions instead of temporary fixes.

Technicians can expect to run approximately 4 repair jobs per day while maintaining high-quality workmanship, professionalism, communication, and documentation.

Compensation Pay Range:

$20.00-$25.00 hourly Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• On-Call for Saturdays & Sundays (weather related)
• Approximately 4 repair jobs daily Responsibilities
• Diagnose residential and commercial roofing issues accurately and efficiently
• Identify the root cause of roof leaks and failures
• Perform repairs on: ○ Asphalt shingles ○ Metal roofing systems ○ TPO roofing systems ○ Modified Bitumen roofing systems ○ Cap Sheet roofing systems
• Complete repairs independently and correctly without supervision
• Ensure work is completed to Summit Roofing & Restoration Inc. standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during project installation and repairs
• Thoroughly document repairs, findings, materials used, and recommendations
• Solve issues that arise during projects quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Represent Summit Roofing & Restoration Inc. professionally at all times Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong commercial and residential roofing knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Must have experience with commercial and residential roofing repairs
• Must be able to diagnose roofing problems independently
• Must be capable of working without constant supervision
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
• Must be able to safely lift roofing materials, tools, and equipment Preferred Skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
