Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties

• Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
• Review estimates with management
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
• Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget
• Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc.
• Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what @type of roof systems are currently installed Commercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required
• 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
• Must be comfortable with leading a team
• Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player Benefits for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager
