• Full-time Monumental Markets has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a full-time Warehouse Manager
• Evening (2nd Shift).

This will play a key role leading our warehouse team fulfilling customer orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. What You'll Do:

Lead a team of order pickers, truck loaders and support staff in the day-to-day processes around order selection Perform various QC tasks to ensure quality and productivity targets are met Manage order flow through systems to ensure all pick lines are on time Plan staffing across different functions based on daily volume Adhere to safety standards and ensure team is following all established protocols Collaboration with Warehouse Manager

• Receiving and other company functions on process improvement ideas Perform inventory counts as needed

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience leading and managing a team in warehouse or similar operations Comfortable working in warehouse environment including walk-in cooler/freezer and high temperature climates in summer Experienced and comfortable using PC and programs such as Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Able to work Sunday

• Thursday 3p-12a with ability to be flexible to fit the needs of the business
