Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Roofer/ Installer to join our team. As a key member of our roofing division, you will be responsible for working on and repairing commercial roofs. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This position demands attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and effective multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

Inspect commercial roofs to identify issues such as leaks, cracks, and damaged materials. Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and modified bitumen roofs. Use tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete roofing tasks. Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial roofing preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify roofing issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Valid driver's license
