Commercial Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Associate/Counter Salesperson to join our sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities as well as assist both retail and commerical customers in-store. Duties Engage in proactive business development efforts to identify and pursue new client opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through effective account management strategies Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals Present technical solutions confidently, explaining product features and benefits clearly to diverse audiences Conduct sales by retrieving merchandise from the sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations; placing special orders Process returns and exchanges Install purchased wiper blades and batteries (select models only) Test batteries Check, read and clear vehicle diagnostic trouble codes Collect payments using the store point of sale system Assist with deliveries Assist in all other store duties when not actively assisting a customer. Including but not limited to stocking and organizing shelves, conducting physical inventory counts, cleaning, organizing, checking in and putting away stock orders and processing returns to the warehouse Experience Experience in business development, including lead generation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of autos and/or auto parts required

From $40,000.00 per year
