D&L is hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Installers to support our growing operations in the Apple Grove, WV area! This is a full-time, long-term role focused on commercial and industrial HVAC service—no residential work. Responsibilities Fabricate custom ductwork and ventilation systems in our local sheet metal shop (CNC plasma table, shears, rollers, welders, and more) Install commercial and industrial HVAC systems (2-100 tons) Install supply/exhaust fans, louvers, and hoods, including penetrations, supports, flashing, and trim work Operate equipment such as SkyTrak, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs Ensure all work meets code and safety standards Communicate with team members, project managers, and customers Requirements 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial/industrial preferred) Strong understanding of tools, materials, and mechanical systems Ability to read prints and technical drawings Reliable, team-oriented with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license (required - driving record and background check will be completed) Vicon experience is a plus WV Technical Certificate (Required) Pass a drug screen Benefits 100% Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision (BCBS & Guardian) $500 Tool Allowance Weekly Call-Out Bonus (rotating schedule) Up to 4 Weeks PTO + 9 Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Steady, year-round commercial/industrial work No residential service calls

Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
