Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate sheet metal parts. Use hand tools and tooling equipment for assembly, fitting, welding, and finishing sheet metal parts. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols involving forklifts, cranes, and other heavy machinery. Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects from start to finish while ensuring compliance standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman or similar role within manufacturing or fabrication environments. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately Ability to perform basic math calculations essential for machining and fabrication tasks. Knowledge of assembly processes for sheet metal components. Familiarity with safety procedures related to forklifts, cranes, tooling equipment, and manufacturing environments.
