Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years in commercial construction, overseeing projects from inception to completion. As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise all aspects of commercial construction projects. Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers and subcontractors. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Collaborate with the project team to optimize efficiency and productivity. Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Education and Experience:

2+ years of experience in commercial construction.
