For this position, the primary schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, a flexible schedule may be required to accommodate business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greets guests and responds to requests in a friendly manner. Maintain all public spaces in the resort in compliance with all standards of efficiency and quality. Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby. Collect and replenish pool towels and supervise inventory to minimize loss while ensuring towels are stocked and dirty towels are removed. Be knowledgeable of the Hilton Grand Vacations property. Display positive image at all times through appearance and conduct. Other duties as assigned by your leader.
