Job Summary:

If you enjoy crafting messages, organizing projects, supporting events, and helping people feel informed and engaged, this role offers a meaningful way to contribute to Concordia's mission and the lifelong Cobber experience. As part of a high performing Advancement team, you'll support the day-to-day communications and engagement efforts that keep alumni and families connected to the college. You'll help share stories, prepare digital and print content, coordinate outreach, and support events that celebrate the Concordia community.   • Prepare and distribute enewsletters, emails, and digital content that keep alumni and families informed and engaged. Engagement & Outreach Supporter
  • Coordinate mailings, class letters, alumni updates, and recognition efforts that celebrate Cobber achievements and strengthen community connections. Event Communications Partner
  • Support event-related communications, lists, reminders, and logistics for key alumni and family programs throughout the year. Data & Platform Coordinator
  • Maintain accurate records, update engagement platforms, manage inbox inquiries, and help ensure smooth communication workflows across Advancement. Collaborative Team Contributor
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Alumni & Family Engagement team and the broader Advancement Division to support shared initiatives and projects.
Reporting to the Director of Alumni and Family Engagement, the Communication & Engagement Coordinator also works closely and collaboratively with the Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement, Asssitant Director of Allumni and Family Engagement as well as other and faculty, staff, community, and other alumni and family leaders.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Preferred experience in communications, marketing, event support, or related fields Familiarity with higher education or nonprofit environments Experience with CRM systems, email platforms, or content management tools. Valid driver's license Must be located in or willing to commute to
