In this highly collaborative role, you will be a vital support system for our communications team. Your work will help us execute creative communications strategies and keep our projects running smoothly. Here is a breakdown of this role at Aspire of WNY!Content & Storytelling:
Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and website copy.Project Coordination:
Help keep our collaborative digital and physical workspaces organized, manage incoming requests, and track follow-ups.Administrative Operations:
Support the division by coordinating with vendors, processing invoices, keeping the donor database accurate, and managing print orders.Creative Assistance:
Work alongside team members at events to take photos, gather quotes, and help bring our community's stories to life. If you have a year of communications experience, a keen eye for detail, and love working to help stories shine, we want to hear from you!Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field One (1) year of experience in communications, marketing, development or related role This position includes our excellent benefits package!Benefits include:
