Overview:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, brand messaging, and promotional campaigns. This role involves direct communication with customers and assisting with marketing and event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate product and service information to customers in person Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional outreach Support event teams with customer engagement and brand messaging Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information Maintain records of interactions and campaign activity Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
