Community Association Attorney

Becker is looking for a talented associate attorney to join our dynamic team in Doylestown, PA. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dedicated, and seeking a collaborative environment that will provide opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include: (i) drafting governing documents, (ii) contract work, (iii) attendance at board meetings, (iv) coordinating board elections, prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts; and (v) litigation, trial, and/or appellate work. The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required.
