Role:

We are expanding our services in Bradford County and are looking for an energetic counselor to join our team and help drive our mission! As a Community Counselor, you will: Identify strengths of clients and parents, contributing to a more positive relationship with school officials. Assess and identify prevention plans to monitor good school attendance. Adopt and utilize an identified evidence-based parenting curriculum. Meet with children and care givers to implement prevention plan goals and objectives. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting. Valid PA driver's license. Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency in using a computer in the field and ability to learn new electronic systems. Demonstrate qualities of a therapist that include empathy, good listening skills and critical thinking. #PursueExcellence
