Community Director

Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking an experienced Community Director to lead operations at Garland, Texas, in a multifamily community. This role is responsible for overall property performance, team leadership, resident satisfaction, and financial results. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Lead, train, and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standards Manage budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquencies Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, local/state laws, and AAM policies Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity Qualifications 3+ years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred) Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skills Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.) Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant laws CAM, ARM, or CPM designation a plus Why AAM At Advanced Asset Management, we value accountability, operational excellence, and creating strong communities.
