A Day in the Life of the The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for strengthening local market presence through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and community programs that drive brand awareness, consideration, and customer acquisition. This role translates national campaigns (Back to School, Fall Rush, Cyber, Price for Life, etc.) into hyperlocal activations that generate demand and support field sales growth. The Manager partners closely with Field Sales, GTM, Marketing Ops, PR, Social, and local market leaders to execute high-impact community programs that strengthen brand reputation and increase subscriber growth.
