Community Manager

Job description: Santiago Communities, Inc. is hiring a full time Community Manager/Sales Agent for a manufactured housing community in Globe, AZ. The Community Manager is required to live on-site and housing will be provided in additional to allowances for utilities.

General Duties:

Distribute rent statements Accept and process rent payments Bank deposits and reconciling the parks monthly billing and collections Walking the park and inspecting all community facilities Inspect inventory homes daily Managing and resolving resident complaints and compliance issues Inspecting resident spaces to ensure compliance and serve necessary notices Respond and professionally handle emergencies in line with the company's procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills (in person and in writing) Common sense/good judgement Microsoft Word Professional and level-headed Attentive to detail Great customer service Experience with community relations and conflict resolution — tactful, but most importantly, professional when handling residents, guests and vendors.
