Job description Clinical Admissions Liaison Come join the team at WeCare Centers at Foltsbrook Care Center! WeCare Centers at Foltsbrook Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Clinical Admissions Liaison for our community in Herkimer, NY. Our Clinical Admissions Liaison is someone with drive and personality to join our team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources. Provide support for the referral sources/potential admissions by addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner. Serve as the primary resource for facility promotions. Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentation as needed. Coordinator the entire process of referral to admission, including obtaining of approvals and authorizations. Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-term census goals. Travel to hospitals and other potential admission sources. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Long term care experience is preferred. MUST be LPN or RN Sales, marketing, or admission background preferred Knowledge base of local healthcare markets. Experience working with healthcare insurance companies. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to community groups and agencies.
