Day-to-Day of a Community Outreach Associate As a Community Outreach Associate, you'll work directly with the public to promote nonprofit campaigns and increase awareness for our partners. Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach locations Engage directly with supporters to build strong connections Communicate each organization's mission clearly and confidently Assist with new donor enrollments and campaign tracking Collaborate with leadership to hit daily and weekly goals Support each client by helping expand their local reach Provide feedback to improve campaign performance and overall client growth The right Community Outreach Associate is: Ambitious and goal-oriented Comfortable speaking with new people daily Coachable and eager to grow Team-focused but individually driven Ready for a full-time, on-site entry level opportunity Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful - but not required.
