Job Description:

Conduct door-to-door outreach and engage residents with professionalism and empathy Educate community members about available programs, benefits, and support services Collect and record accurate information from residents while maintaining confidentiality Serve as a liaison between the community and city services, identifying needs and concerns Participate in outreach events, resource fairs, and neighborhood initiatives Maintain daily activity logs and meet outreach goals Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach strategies and impact

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in canvassing, outreach, customer service, or community engagement preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Passion for community service, equity, and helping underserved populations Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment Reliable transportation preferred (may vary by assignment) Basic data entry or mobile device skills for reporting outreach activities PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
