Up to $69,000 per year Community Outreach & Events Coordinator — Senior Care Brookville Homecare is looking for a warm, organized, and people-oriented Community Outreach & Events Coordinator to support our senior-care community outreach and relationship-building efforts. This is a great role for someone with experience in social work, senior services, event coordination, nonprofit outreach, community programming, healthcare coordination, assisted living, senior centers, synagogues, JCCs, schools, or community organizations . This is not a cold-calling sales job and not a commission-only position. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, helping families, attending community events, and representing Brookville Homecare in a professional and caring way. Brookville Homecare is a private-pay home care agency serving families across Nassau County and New York City. We help seniors and families receive dependable, compassionate care at home. Compensation This position has a clear base salary plus monthly bonus opportunity: Base salary: $52,000

• 60,000 per year, depending on experience Monthly performance bonus: up to $750 per month Annual bonus potential: up to $9,000 per year Total annual compensation potential: up to $69,000 per year The monthly bonus is based on outreach activity, event support, follow-up, organization, and quality of community relationship-building.

Responsibilities Support our community outreach and relationship-building efforts Help identify local opportunities for Brookville to participate in senior programs, caregiver events, synagogue/JCC programs, health fairs, eldercare panels, and community meetings Planning and coordinating small educational events for families, seniors, caregivers, and referral partners Visit and build relationships with senior centers, assisted living communities, rehab facilities, elder law offices, medical offices, community organizations, and other local partners Prepare event materials, flyers, handouts, follow-up emails, thank-you notes, and simple outreach lists Attend local community events and represent Brookville Homecare in a warm, polished, and professional manner Track outreach activity, contacts, follow-up tasks, event opportunities, and referral relationships Communicate community feedback and opportunities to the Brookville team Help maintain a consistent and positive Brookville presence in the community Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate may have experience as a: Social worker Event coordinator Senior center staff member Activities coordinator Nonprofit outreach coordinator Healthcare office coordinator Community program coordinator Assisted living or rehab staff member Synagogue, JCC, school, or community organization staff member Marketing assistant with strong people skills Qualifications Warm, friendly, and professional personality Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable speaking with seniors, adult children, professionals, and community leaders Able to attend local events and introduce Brookville to new community contacts Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, and simple tracking systems Reliable, mature, detail-oriented, and pleasant to work with Prior experience in senior care, social work, healthcare, community outreach, or event coordination preferred Driver's license and ability to travel locally preferred What This Role Is Not This is not a hard-sales role.
