The House Manager provides administrative support and supervisory oversight of the residence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, supportive environment for residents. Supervise direct support staff in the residence. Facilitate and monitor daily activities for residences. Partake in resident intake and discharge process(es). Execute financial responsibilities, as assigned. Maintain physical plant of the residence. Manage crisis as they present themselves while ensuring client and staff safety. Qualifications Supervising experience in a relevant setting, preferred. Proficient in crisis intervention and conflict management. Previous experience in a community residence or not-for profit agency would be a plus.
