Job Description

Community & Residency Coordinator Residential RV Community Part-Time 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM 10-15 hrs/week This is a residential RV community, and we're on a mission to make it feel like one. We're looking for someone who sees the potential in a neighborhood and wants to help shape it — someone who is plugged into the local community, has an eye for how spaces look and feel, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together. This is not a transient park. Our goal is a thriving community of full-time residents who love where they live, and we need someone who shares that vision and can help us get there. The hours fit neatly into a morning schedule, and the work is varied, social, and visible — you'll see the direct results of what you do. If you're the kind of person who knows everyone in your neighborhood, always has ideas for making things nicer, and loves organizing something that brings people together, we want to talk to you. The Mission Our goal is simple: a fully occupied community of happy, long-term residents. Every part of this role connects back to that. You'll be the person who fills sites, makes the park feel like a place people are proud to call home, and keeps residents engaged and connected to one another. What You'll Do Building Residency & Local Presence Actively promote available sites in local Facebook groups, community forums, and neighborhood networks — in a way that feels genuine and neighborly, not like an advertisement Build relationships with local businesses, churches, schools, and community organizations who may know people looking for affordable, stable housing Follow up with prospective residents by phone — warm, conversational outreach that helps people see themselves living here Show the park to prospective residents and help them feel welcomed and informed Track leads and follow up consistently so no interested prospect falls through the cracks Creating a Community People Want to Be Part Of Organize simple, low-cost community events and activities that give residents a reason to connect with their neighbors Maintain a friendly, visible presence in the park during morning hours so residents feel like there's someone who knows and cares about what's happening Communicate regularly with residents — updates, reminders, announcements — in a tone that feels warm and personal, not corporate Spot and address friction between neighbors early, before small things become bigger issues Champion the kind of culture where people look out for each other and take pride in where they live Keeping the Park Looking Its Best Bring ideas and a discerning eye to aesthetic improvements around the park — curb appeal, signage, common areas, seasonal touches Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, landscaping, and improvement projects, and follow up to make sure work is completed to standard Walk the property regularly and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger issue Work with ownership on small, high-impact improvements that make the park more attractive to prospective residents Day-to-Day Operations Manage reservations, move-ins, and move-outs with care and accuracy Keep records tidy in our reservation system and report on occupancy and activity to ownership Handle community guidelines in a way that's consistent and kind — most situations just need a calm, clear voice Work independently during scheduled hours — you'll be trusted to manage your time and priorities without hand-holding Who You Are You're genuinely social — you know people in your community and you enjoy meeting new ones You're active on Facebook and understand how to participate in local groups in a way that builds trust rather than coming across as salesy You notice when something could look better, and you have ideas about how to fix it You're organized and dependable — if you said you'd follow up, you follow up You can work a phone conversation naturally and confidently without a script You pick up new software and apps quickly and you're open to using technology to work smarter You're a problem-solver who stays calm when things don't go as planned Background That Translates Well We're not looking for a résumé that matches a specific job title. These are the kinds of experience that tend to set people up well here: Active involvement in community groups, neighborhood associations, HOAs, or local Facebook communities Customer service, hospitality, or any role where you were the person people came to with questions or concerns Event planning, volunteer coordination, or any role where you brought people together and made things happen Administrative, scheduling, or organizational roles where keeping things running smoothly was your responsibility Any experience where you had to pitch, persuade, or connect with people to get a result
The Details Part-time:
15-20 hours per week Valid driver's license required; you'll use a golf cart to get around the property Performance bonuses tied to occupancy — the more full-time residents you bring in and retain, the more you earn If you're someone who lights up at the idea of helping build something from the inside out — a place people actually love coming home to — we'd love to hear your story. Tell us a little about yourself and what draws you to this role.
Pay:
From $25,000.00 per year
Work Location:
In person
