Community Supports Float Direct Support Professional St. Clair | Union | Washington, MO $20 per hour Full-time | Flexible Schedule ABiLITY is hiring Transportation Driver / Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the community. This role provides safe transportation to appointments, programs, and activities while helping individuals build independence and life skills. Agency vehicles are provided for transportation responsibilities. Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles daily Transport individuals to appointments, programs, and community activities Assist with daily living skills such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meals Encourage independence and community engagement Complete transportation logs and service documentation Assist with recreation activities and Special Olympics events as needed Qualifications Must be at least 25 years old High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Chauffeur's License Must pass a DOT physical and background screenings CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Medication Aide certifications required or willing to obtain Dependable and able to work in a flexible environment Pay and Schedule $20 per hour Full-time position with flexible hours between Community Supports and Life Opportunities programs Primarily Monday-Friday Some evening or weekend recreation events may be required Benefits for full-time employees after 60 days Medical insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance $25,000 employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match Vacation and sick time beginning day 1 Employee Assistance Program Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement Refer-a-Friend program Additional Information Federal Exclusions Screening Notice All candidates for this position are subject to a mandatory screening against the List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) database as part of our pre-employment process.
