This energetic role is perfect for passionate individuals who love sports coaching, teaching, and working with children. As a Cheer Coach, you will lead youth cheerleading teams, develop engaging routines, and foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help young athletes excel both on and off the mat, creating memorable experiences that promote physical activity and personal growth. Duties Plan, organize, and lead cheerleading practices and competitions for youth teams of various skill levels Develop age-appropriate routines that emphasize cheerleading techniques, teamwork, and sportsmanship Provide coaching on cheerleading stunts, jumps, tumbling, dance moves, and safety protocols Foster a positive team environment through behavior management and motivational leadership Monitor progress of individual athletes and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and promote injury prevention Collaborate with parents, school staff, or community partners to support athlete development and participation Qualifications Prior experience in cheerleading coaching or competitive sports coaching preferred Strong background in cheerleading techniques, including stunts, tumbling, dance, and jumps Experience working with children or youth in sports or educational settings Knowledge of behavior management strategies to motivate and discipline young athletes effectively Ability to communicate clearly with team members, parents, and staff while fostering an inclusive environment Join us in shaping confident young athletes through energetic coaching and dedicated mentorship! Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Have you coached a cheer team before? If so explain Do you have all star cheer experience? If so explain Do you have any current tumbling skills? Do you have stunting knowledge? This role is from June 2026-May 2027 are you able to fulfill position length time? Do you have knowledge in choreograph all star cheer routines? Competitions start around October until May on Saturdays and Sundays are you available to be at competitions ? We are looking for coaches who doesn't just see this as a job but because of your passion and dedication to the sports and kids! Are you that type of person? What's your zip code? This role is for a youth level 1 all star cheer team which practices 2 days a week Wednesday and Saturday are you available for those two days for two hours each day?
