Job Description

Education/Experience
  • 1-3 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
DutiesThis position will be part of the Business Conduct and Compliance team. Specifically, the position will work on global regulatory compliance initiatives, primarily focused on third party due diligence.

Candidate has a proven track record of:
  • Background in reviewing third party due diligence screening reports and identifyingpotential issues based on risk criteria and regulations.
  • Working on anti-corruption regulatory compliance program initiatives.
  • Experience in research, including on regulatory matters.
  • Familiarity with compliance systems and documentation is a plus.
  • Above average Excel and Tableau skills.
  • Working independently on multiple initiatives or standalone projects.
  • Simultaneously working with multiple teams, balancing various priorities, problemsolving in high-demand situations, defining and establishing attainable measures ofsuccess, and regularly achieving positive outcomes as part of a global team.
DescriptionCandidate will possess the following essential skills:
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work alone or part of a team based on project needs.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting due diligence research a plus.
