In this energetic role, you will lead and coordinate daily operations within the compression department, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. Responsibilities Supervise and direct daily compression department activities during the 1st shift, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely Lead, motivate, and develop team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall process efficiency Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational at all times Oversee materials handling processes including packaging, warehouse logistics, and inventory control to ensure smooth production flow Enforce adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and laboratory protocols to maintain product quality and compliance Conduct safety audits, promote safe work practices, and ensure all team members are trained on forklift operation and other machinery use Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on lean manufacturing techniques Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively Familiarity with CGMP standards, laboratory procedures, and quality assurance protocols Experience operating forklifts and handling materials within a warehouse or production setting Knowledge of machining processes, packaging operations, and materials handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on safety procedures and operational tasks Prior experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or related industries preferred Join us in driving manufacturing excellence!
