Computer Operator

International Sound Corporation has an immediate opening for a motivated local Computer Operator to run an Electronic Photo Finish and Timing System working in a live television environment at Shenandoah Downs in Woodstock, Virginia. The track offers live Harness Racing located at 300 Fairground Road. The position is seasonal and part time with a spring race meet that runs on Saturdays and Sundays now through May 24th. Additionally, the track has a Fall racing season on Saturdays and Sundays from September 19th through November 1st. The working schedule will be from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Saturdays and 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Sundays all live racing days. The candidate should have experience in the operation of a windows based operating system and have a solid understanding of windows based software applications. Training for this position will be provided. The candidate must have reliable transportation and must be available to work all live racing dates listed above. The candidate must also pass a background check and obtain an occupational license with the Virginia Racing Commission at the racetrack.
