Computer Repair Technician Location:
Princeton, NJ Job Summary:
, a division of Princeton IT Services, is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to support laptop and desktop hardware repairs while working within Lenovo Authorized Service Partner standards . The technician will perform diagnostics, component replacement, and warranty service in accordance with Lenovo service guidelines
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues Perform system board and component replacements Use Lenovo diagnostic tools Process service cases and work orders Follow Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) procedures
Required Skills & Training:
Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills Experience with laptops and desktops CompTIA A+ certification (recommended) Completion of Lenovo Technician Certification Roadmap Required Lenovo courses including SSG, Diagnostics, System Board Service, and RA Service (exam)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Computer repair experience preferred Ability to complete required Lenovo certifications
