Concessions Bartender | Part-Time | Curry County Events Center

Overview The Concessions Bartender staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include food preparation, sales, stocking, cleaning, organization, and general day-to-day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities Manage inventory, including receiving, tracking, and restocking food and beverage supplies. Stock bars and service areas to ensure adequate product levels throughout shifts. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and health regulations. Provide bartending services, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to requests promptly and professionally. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bars, kitchens, and storage spaces. Assist with the setup and teardown of bars and service stations for events and daily operations. Transport and move product and supplies between buildings as needed. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Bartender highly desired. Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge and ability to learn new skills. Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines. Ability to lift/carry heavy objects as needed.
