What we are looking for:

Full-Time Team Members as part of the opening Team of a Class-A Rental/Condo Asset who provides the highest level of customer service to Residents, and maintains the safety & security of our property. Our Concierges monitor all visitors, handle packages, and assist in delivering on our commitment of an exceptional Resident experience.

What you would do:

• Deliver an exceptional experience through genuine hospitality to Residents, guests, and colleagues
• Maintain the highest levels of safety and security, including monitoring security cameras, conducting regular patrols, responding to emergencies and concerns promptly and efficiently, and exercising great judgement including escalating issues immediately.
• Package-handling, including logging and distributing packages, and managing vendors and deliveries
• Maintain accurate and complete shift logs ensuring proper "handover" to ensure successful communication through shift changes
• Maintain regular attendance and highest standards of personal grooming
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Lobby and surrounding areas

Requirements and Qualifications:

• You have prior Experience of at least 2 years in luxury residential, hospitality, and service industries
• You are service-focused, with genuine passion for delivering hospitality
• You are open to learning and welcome feedback in a Team environment that constantly strives for excellence and improvement
• You have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• You are organized and have the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• You have a sense of ownership, and have problem-solving capabilities to handle reasonable requests and challenges
• You have a Can-Do demeanor and are ready to execute any tasks thrown at you with grit and perseverance
• You have a flexible schedule and can work any shift, including evenings, and weekends
