Job Description
Position Overview:
Respond to resident requests and welcome guest to the community. Provide an overall welcoming environment while ensuring the safety of the community and residents.Perks & Benefits:

Provides continual face-to-face communication with residents/families as a source of information for all community activities, events, policies, and procedures. Takes transportation requests, maintains transportation log and drives as needed. Answers multiline telephone system to accept incoming calls determine purpose of callers, and direct callers to appropriate personnel. Responds to emergency situations and is the point of contact in all emergency situations. Makes reservations and maintains schedules for Guest Suites. Ensures room readiness for guests. Checks guests in and out. Receives payments rent fees, Guest Suites, activities, and events as well as services and products. Receives mail and packages and ensures they are distributed accurately and timely. Updates and maintains resident/family emergency list and contact information as changes occur. Processes clubhouse reservations for private events and guest suites. Receives requests for maintenance and housekeeping services. Performs any necessary administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, typing, data entry, envelope stuffing, addressing, or stamping. Ensures reception area and Clubhouse are kept neat and clean. Notifies Director when items need to be ordered, received, and maintained office and kitchen supplies. Assists with activities/events as needed. Other duties as assigned. Education, Experience and Other Requirements High School diploma or GED Previous experience as concierge or providing resident services Must be at least 18 years of age Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Microsoft Office programs Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
