Responsibilities Place, level, and finish concrete for flatwork and various pours Screed, float, edge, trowel, and broom concrete surfaces Set and strip forms as needed Follow plans, specifications, and safety standards Work efficiently as part of a crew and maintain a clean job site Qualifications Experience as a concrete finisher Knowledge of concrete finishing tools and techniques Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Team-oriented attitude and solid work ethic What We Offer Full-time, long-term employment Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Consistent work with a family-owned company Opportunity for growth and advancement
