Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Finisher/Laborer and become a vital part of transforming blueprints into solid, durable structures! In this energetic role, you will work hands-on with concrete and related materials to create high-quality finishes on a variety of projects, from commercial buildings to renovation sites. Your mechanical knowledge, experience with construction tools, and ability to operate heavy equipment will drive the success of each project. Duties Prepare work sites by setting up forms, rebar installation, and ensuring proper layout according to blueprints and schematics Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces Execute concrete finishing techniques including troweling, smoothing, and texturing to achieve specified surface quality Assist with rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry work, and other related tasks such as plastering, stucco application, and caulking Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for concrete pouring, form setting, and site cleanup Support renovation projects by performing carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, framing, flooring installation, tile laying, and roofing work Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on concrete finishing or laboring roles Mechanical knowledge of tools including hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Skilled in concrete forming, pouring, finishing techniques, and rebar installation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively Familiarity with masonry work, stucco application, welding basics, and restoration processes is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on construction sites Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment as required Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure working environment Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes an impact!
