Concrete Foreman/Finisher

RK Construction is seeking a skilled, commercial/residential concrete foreman and/or finisher. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with co- workers, and customers, be able to lead and motivate crew members effectively, and have a good understanding of job costing, and completing jobs on time and on budget. Position requires thorough working knowledge of all phases of concrete work. A positive attitude and courteously with customers is a MUST.

Qualifications Concrete Construction :

3 experience years and at least 1 year in a leading role (Required) Driver's License (Required) Responsibilities & Requirements Good understanding of general concrete construction, from foundations to flat work Capable of setting concrete forms to line and grade 3+ years of concrete form setting/finishing experience Able to work under pressure and use creative thinking to solve problems Ability to read plans, manage job documents and email. Able to work physically 8-10 hrs a day. Ability to work overtime as necessary such as extended work days and weekends Projects located along the Oregon Coast mostly. Able to lift over 75 lbs. All tools/equipment provided.
