Blue Steele Recruiting is hiring experienced Concrete Form Carpenters for active commercial projects in Southaven, MS. We are looking for candidates with experience in formwork, blueprint reading, layout work, and rebar installation.

Schedule:

Monday•Saturday + 10•20hrs overtime available

$22•27/hour (DOE)

Long-Term Project What You'll Do Build and install wood and metal concrete forms Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Ensure forms are level, plumb, and aligned Strip forms after concrete cures (without damage) Cut, bend, and tie rebar to spec Secure rebar using wire and tying tools Maintain proper placement and structural integrity What You Need 18+ years old 3+ years commercial form carpentry experience (Required) Strong experience with formwork + rebar installation Ability to read and work from blueprints Physically able to: Lift up to 50 lbs Stand, bend, kneel, and work all day Drug screen may be required What You Get Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Referral bonus opportunities Apply today — crews are already onsite and positions are filling quickly for this long-term project.
