$20.00-$25.00 per hour Job Overview We are currently hiring a dependable and motivated Concrete Laborer to join our growing construction team in Rosharon, Texas. This position is supporting the installation of Concrete HVAC pads in a prison facility. Responsibilities Prepare and clean construction job sites Set and strip concrete forms Assist with pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete Operate hand tools and basic power equipment Load and unload construction materials Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Previous concrete or construction experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be able to pass TDCJ background check. Preferred Skills Experience with rebar, formwork, or finishing concrete Familiarity with construction site safety practices Ability to use measuring tools and read basic layouts Hand Tools and Small Equipment such as a trencher Schedule 10-hour shifts 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday through
