Concrete Laborer

Production Worker - Concrete Plant Aerotek is hiring Laborers immediately for a precast concrete manufacturing facility in Brighton, CO! This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team. Position Overview Laborers will support concrete manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical work both indoors and outdoors and flexibility to work across multiple departments as needed. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Perform labor-intensive concrete work in various environments Assist with setting up, stripping, and pouring concrete beds Carry and stock materials on forms and trailer beds Climb on and off forms and trailer beds (approximately waist height) Operate hand and power tools such as saws, grinders, and drills Work collaboratively with team members to meet production timelines Support multiple areas including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, Finish Building, and others as needed Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, and cranes (training provided if needed) Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and crawling Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete, concrete finishing, or drywall required Experience using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally Ability to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift Able to work outdoors for the duration of the shift Able to work overtime Strong teamwork skills and willingness to be flexible across departments and schedules Schedule Day Shift Flexible start time between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM Currently working 4-10s (Monday-Friday) Must be willing to work Saturdays as needed Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid sick time Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
