This is a long-term 6-month commercial foundation project leading a crew on major concrete walls and foundation work. Strong weekly hours, consistent OT, and stable duration make this a great leadership opportunity.

PAY:

$40-$44/hr. (based on experience)

HOURS:

Expected shifts will be 12-hour days starting at 6:30 AM

Monday-Friday; approximately 50+ hours/week

Concrete Foreman Job Description:

Responsible for leading and working alongside a concrete crew on commercial foundation and wall projects. Duties include directing crew activities and performing hands-on work such as setting and stripping forms, tying rebar, and pouring concrete. Qualifications for

Concrete Lead:

• Experience running or leading a concrete crew on commercial projects
• Strong background in foundations and wall systems
• Ability to perform hands-on concrete work (forms, rebar, pours)
• Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and PPE
• Must be able to perform job duties requiring standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must have reliable transportation to job site in Burlington, WI
