Pyramid Excavation, Inc. Reliable contractor with ongoing excavation & concrete work for the City of Tallahassee, Leon County, and the State of Florida and miscellaneous contracts. We are a growing construction company with continuous, long-term contracts and are looking for reliable team members to join us for steady, year-round work. Positions Available Lead Concrete Foreman Lead and supervise concrete crews on complex public works projects. Perform and oversee layout from engineered plans and specifications. Manage concrete construction (forming, pouring, finishing) on city streets and highways. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, safety regulations, and DOT/city specs.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of concrete construction and experience reading/interpreting engineered plans & specs. Proven experience working on city streets, highways, and government/DOT projects. Previous lead or foreman experience strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. General Construction Laborers (Multiple Openings) Assist with excavation, site preparation, concrete placement, formwork, finishing, and cleanup. Work on city streets, highways, and various public infrastructure projects. Support the crew with material handling, equipment setup, and general labor tasks.

Requirements:

Previous construction experience preferred, but we will train motivated hard workers. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a safety-first attitude. Valid driver's license a plus.
