Concrete Plant Manager / Operations Manager MFI Concrete MFI Concrete is seeking an experienced, hands-on Concrete Plant Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our plant. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency Manage batching operations and assist with dispatching as needed Coordinate and manage daily production schedules and delivery logistics Communicate directly with customers to confirm orders, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Maintain quality control standards and compliance with industry regulations Lead, support, and develop plant personnel while fostering a team-first environment Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment maintenance Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

ACI Certification (required) Proven experience in concrete plant management Strong knowledge of batching, mix designs, and quality control Experience with dispatching, scheduling, and logistics coordination Strong communication skills with both customers and team members Hands-on mindset with willingness to jump into daily operations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Leadership style that aligns with a team-oriented, family business culture

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
