Experience is preferred, but we are also willing to train hardworking candidates who are eager to learn the trade. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concrete surfaces into durable polished finishes and applying high-quality epoxy coatings for commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with crew leads and team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This position requires travel throughout the Midwest and surrounding states depending on project location. Travel is typically short-term, and all travel expenses will be covered by the company. There is also strong opportunity for overtime hours. Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, repairing, and profiling floors Operate power tools and hand tools safely for grinding, polishing, and coating applications Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to project specifications Follow direction from crew leads to complete projects efficiently and correctly Read blueprints, schematics, and project drawings as needed Assist with related construction tasks when necessary Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Requirements Minimum of one year of construction experience preferred Experience with concrete polishing, epoxy flooring, grinding, or general construction is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction from crew leads Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Midwest and surrounding states for short-term projects Comfortable working overtime and in fast-paced construction environments Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction tools/equipment preferred Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and operating equipment Reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail What We Offer All travel expenses covered by the company Great opportunity for overtime hours Hands-on training and advancement opportunities Steady commercial project work Supportive team environment If interested, please send your contact information and any relevant experience.
